This is a stylized fan-made Pokemon diorama.
The little Pokemon you see here is called "Swamp". He is highly alert and has strong camouflage abilities. However, because he is shiny, his appearance is unique: instead of blending in with the greenery, his body is a distinctive brown with star particles, making him a rare exception.
